CNC processing services cover a wide range of CNC solutions, including cutting, milling, turning and grinding - flat as well as segmented grinding.
Steel is processed on CNC machining centers up to a length of 1500 mm. Grinding is possible to a length of 4000 mm within the tolerance range of +/- 0.01 mm (1,000 mm).
The latest addition to the company's production capacity is MAZAK HCN 8800 II horizontal milling center, which allows the clamping of workpieces with a diameter 1450mm, height of 1450mm and a maximum weight of 2200kg. The center is equipped with the 4rd axis and the HI-Torque spindle 1218 Nm / 8000 min-1, which allows processing of very tought materials.
